Job Description

Experience: 5 years or more

Tasks:

• Develop production schedules and duty assignments
• Evaluate daily operations
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Hire and train employees on new equipment
• Implement changes to production systems and methods
• Manage departmental budget
