Job Description
The Operations Assistant supports Management Teams through various administrative tasks, including data entry, report creation, travel arrangements, expense management, and auditing Time and Attendance Systems.
Responsibilities include word processing documents, coordinating meetings, planning regional events, taking minutes, filing confidential information, and completing expense reports. Additionally, you will provide support on special projects and charity initiatives.
