Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to improve efficiency and support decision-making across our operations team. You will collect and analyze operational data, develop dashboards and reports, identify process improvements, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, experience with BI tools, and attention to detail are required. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, statistics, or a related field and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, plus a focus on continuous improvement, will help you succeed in this role.
