Job Description
HYC Design is seeking a dedicated Operations Administrative Officer for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related fields, with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Key responsibilities include reviewing administrative procedures, managing budgets, overseeing payroll, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires proficiency in various computer applications like MS Office, QuickBooks, and spreadsheet management.
Candidates with proficiency in Chinese are preferred. Additional benefits include bonuses, free parking, and paid time off. This position offers 35 to 45 hours of work per week.
