Job Description

We are seeking an Omni Order Processing Associate to manage and execute orders across all sales channels (online, mobile, phone, and store). You will ensure order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer communication.

Key responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and carriers, resolving exceptions, updating order systems, and meeting SLA targets. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving are required.

Requirements: 1-2 years in order management or customer service, familiarity with ERP/OMS, basic Excel, and clear communication. Flexible hours and ability to work in a fast-paced environment preferred.
