Job Description

Position: Official Languages Coordinator
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Tasks:
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including supplies and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and inventory controls.
- Assemble data for reports and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
