• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Perform clerical duties and data entry
• Maintain work records and provide customer service

Skills Required:

• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
