Job Description

WestSquare Immigration Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

In this role, you will review and evaluate administrative procedures, delegate tasks, establish work priorities, and ensure compliance with deadlines. Tasks also include coordinating office services, managing payroll, preparing reports, and training staff. You will oversee a small team of 3-4 individuals and work 30 hours per week, primarily in English.
