Job Description

Viana Inc. is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Responsibilities include implementing and reviewing administrative procedures, delegating tasks, coordinating office services, and preparing reports and budgets.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong communication skills are essential. This permanent position requires 35 hours per week and fluency in English.
