Job Description

MAXIM IT SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, coordinating office services, and assisting in budget preparation. You will also prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence while ensuring that office procedures are met.

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 32 hours per week. Proficiency in English is necessary.
