Job Description

Friends Painting & Renovations Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, delegating tasks, establishing work priorities, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Your role will involve coordinating office services, preparing budgets, training staff, and preparing periodic reports. This permanent position requires English fluency and will demand 35 hours of work per week.
