Job Description
AGILL TRUCKING LTD. is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have at least 1 to 7 months of experience in an administrative role. Responsibilities include implementing and evaluating administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and coordinating office services such as equipment and supplies.
Key tasks also involve preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory controls, training staff, and ensuring procedures are followed while meeting deadlines. This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week in English.
