Job Description

THENEXTDOORSOLUTIONS CORP is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college education and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. As an Office Coordinator, you will implement administrative procedures, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure work priorities are established and followed. Responsibilities include managing office services, preparing budgets, performing data entry, training staff, and overseeing payroll administration.

This permanent position requires supervising a team of 11-15 people, working 35 hours per week, and conducting activities in English.
