Job Description

Join our team at Glorious Accounting as an Office Assistant! We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong writing and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering invoices with accuracy
• Reception desk duties
• Reconciling banks and other accounts
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual operating statements
• Assisting with audits, payroll, and HST
• Maintaining inventory and filing systems
• Performing other clerical duties as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 – $18.00 per hour

Education: Secondary School (preferred)
