Job Description

Speedier Auto Body Shop Ltd. is seeking a motivated Office Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate with 1 to 2 years of experience. Key responsibilities include opening and distributing mail, planning daily operations, ordering office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

The candidate should have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office, with a strong attention to detail. Personal qualities such as organization and reliability are essential.

This is a permanent position requiring 32 hours of work per week, and the primary work language is English.
