Job Description
Position Summary: Carewest is seeking a dedicated Nursing Attendant (Health Care Aide) to provide ongoing client care. You will report to the Client Service Manager and monitor client status, including changes in well-being. Essential changes must be communicated to the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. You will also deliver prescribed medications accurately while adhering to Carewest’s standards.
Qualifications: High School Diploma and completion of an Alberta-recognized Health Care Aide program are required. Effective English communication skills and physical capability to assist clients are mandatory. Active registration in the Alberta HCA Directory is necessary.
Pay Rate: $20.77 – $26.02
