Job Description
We are hiring a Mortgage Specialist to guide clients through home financing. You will evaluate borrower needs, recommend mortgage products, analyze credit and income, prepare and review loan applications, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination, strong knowledge of lending guidelines and loan products, excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with loan origination systems.
