Job Description
We invite you to join Levitt, Lightman, Dewar & Graham LLP as a Mortgage and Real Estate Legal Assistant. We’re looking for a proactive individual with a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a legal firm focused on property and real estate law.
Your role will include coordinating information, managing appointments, maintaining filing systems, arranging travel, and preparing legal documents. Strong client focus and efficient interpersonal skills are essential.
