Job Description

The Mental Health Support Worker will play an essential role in our new Long Term Care, Mental Health specialty program. You will support residents aged 18 and over with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the care team to provide support.
• Foster residents’ well-being and community reintegration.
• Build rapport and facilitate social integration.
• Maintain a resident-centered environment.
• Report unsafe activities or behaviors promptly.
