Job Description

AgeCare is seeking a motivated and compassionate Mental Health Recreation Therapy Aide to enhance our therapeutic recreation programs. You will assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational activities tailored to our residents’ needs. Key responsibilities include identifying leisure goals, maintaining the recreation calendar, and transporting residents to activities.

Qualifications include a diploma in RTA or HCA, a Class 4 driver’s license (or willingness to obtain), and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a Recreation Therapy setting is preferred.
