What You’ll Do: As a Member Service Representative II, you will foster relationships and identify member needs, enriching their lives with sound advice and solutions. Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, time management, and skill prioritization are essential for this role.
What Does the Ideal Candidate Bring? We’re looking for individuals with a one-year post-secondary education in a general business program and 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
