Job Description

Mahogany Physiotherapy & Massage Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to provide office reception and support to our team. You will work closely with patients, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and assisting with insurance claims.

Specific Duties Include:

• Reception and patient booking
• Payment processing and billing
• Promotion of clinic services
• General cleanup of work areas

Qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency (MS Office), and at least one year of clinical reception experience.

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour (31.5 hours/week).
