Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team at Emerald Caremax INC. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors professionally
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Coordinate referrals
- Keep the reception area organized
