Job Description

Sphinx Medical Group Ltd, a leader in primary care with 6 medical clinics, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented self-starter for the position of Medical Office Referrals Coordinator. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in referrals from Family Physicians to Specialists and Hospitals
• Experience with Health Quest (EMR)
• MOA college certificate
• Experience in walk-in/by-appointment clinic
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
