Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join the Thompson Medical Clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Location: 2869 Lawrence Ave East, Scarborough, ON, M1P 2S8

Responsibilities include:

• Greet patients and visitors professionally
• Manage the office calendar and appointments
• Assist with EMR and billing tasks
• Perform general office duties

Hours: Mon-Fri 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM; Sat-Sun 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Hourly Wage: $18/hour
