Job Description
Rockyview Maternity & Family Practice is looking for a permanent, full-time Medical Office Assistant (36 hours weekly) to join our busy practice in SW Calgary, focusing on maternity and newborn care, as well as women’s health.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and check them in to our EMR
- Handle phone calls, book appointments, and manage administrative tasks
- Review and arrange incoming referrals
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- MOA certification
- Experience with ACCURO EMR
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
