Job Description

RETINA SURGICAL ASSOCIATES is seeking a full-time Medical Office Assistant (MOA) in New Westminster. Responsibilities include reporting to the senior MOA, managing patient interactions over the phone, checking patients in and out, and scheduling appointments and referrals. This role thrives in a busy, high-volume environment.

Applicants must possess an MOA Certificate. While ophthalmic knowledge is a plus, it is not required. We seek a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills who can multitask effectively.
