Job Description
Chrysalis Obstetrics & Gynaecology is looking for a part-time/full-time Medical Office Assistant. You will provide administrative support to our pregnant and gynecology patients in compliance with CPSA Standards of Practice.
Responsibilities: Greeting patients, managing appointments with EMR software, updating patient information, assisting physicians, and performing administrative duties.
Qualifications: Post-secondary certificate, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and EMR software. Medical office experience is a plus.
Salary: Starting at $19.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
