Job Description
About Us: Fairview Medical Centre, located in Mississauga, ON L5A 4E7, is a professional, agile, and supportive workplace. We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Office Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist visitors and patients
- Manage appointments and maintain patient records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Perform general administrative tasks
Qualifications needed:
- Medical Office Assistant Diploma
- Previous office or medical experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time, Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour, Expected hours: 24-30/week
