Job Description
Company: Toronto Heart and Women’s Health Clinic
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Medical Call Center Representative. You must be an IMG or have a background and certification in medical assistant work.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on patients’ health.
- Book patient appointments and cardiac testing.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries.
- Accurately enter customer information into our system.
- Report important information regarding patients to the manager.
Experience Required: Call center experience, strong English communication skills, EMR software proficiency, and a medical background.
Job Type: Part-time contractor position with pay ranging from $2,00.00 to $4,00.00 per month.
