Job Description
Trillium Midwives is seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant for a permanent position. This role requires fluency in English and offers 30 hours of work per week.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for interviewing patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic medical records is essential.
Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to relocate, as relocation costs will be covered by the employer. We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience and excellent communication skills.
