Job Description

Royal Oak Dental is seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, along with 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities include interviewing patients, scheduling appointments, training staff, completing insurance forms, and managing confidential medical files. This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
