Job Description
M.Mushtaq Medicine Professional Corporation is seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include interviewing patients for case histories, scheduling and confirming appointments, completing insurance forms, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and managing inventory. You will also be responsible for entering and formatting medical reports and correspondence, as well as maintaining confidential medical files.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week, and proficiency in English is essential.
