Job Description
Caring Hands Physiotherapy Ltd is seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include interviewing patients for case histories, scheduling and confirming appointments, completing insurance claim forms, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will manage confidential medical files and prepare electronic reports.
This position supports initiatives for newcomers, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities within our community. The role is permanent, working 40 hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
