What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead daily maintenance activities for high-quality repairs.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate on maintenance strategies.
- Develop maintenance personnel through coaching.
What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership, a background in mechanical engineering, and 3-5 years’ experience in heavy industry.
