Job Description
APNA Farm Halal Meat and Grocery is seeking a dedicated and skilled Meat Cutter/Retail Butcher. Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The work environment includes handling odorous materials and operating under cold conditions in the meat department.
Job responsibilities include cleaning, cutting, trimming, packaging meats, and preparing special orders for customers. Candidates should be familiar with band saws, power grinders, and slicing machines. Excellent attention to detail is essential.
