Job Description

We are seeking a Head Massage Therapist to lead our therapy team, uphold high standards, and deliver exceptional client care. Responsibilities include supervising therapists, performing advanced assessments and treatments, developing treatment plans, training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment. Required: valid massage therapy license, minimum 5 years hands-on experience with multiple modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, sports), proven leadership skills, strong communication, and customer focus.
