- Tailor presentations and materials for specific client audiences and industries.
- Provide occasional copywriting for presentations, campaigns, website, and digital content.
- Support proposal teams through branding consistency and improved messaging.
- Manage B2B social media channels (primarily LinkedIn) to drive qualified engagement.
- Feed qualified marketing-generated leads into the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate external vendors including printers, designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Clean up, organize, and maintain centralized file storage and asset libraries.
- Participate in and support CRM use (HubSpot), ensuring accurate campaign/lead tracking.
- Work closely with the Business Development Analyst to improve reporting insights.
- Visit active construction sites and matting/earthworks projects to understand operations.
- Join sales reps on the road occasionally to learn client needs and industry context.
- Gain an understanding of the technical and operational aspects of our solutions. Ensure adherence to all company, client, and regulatory policies, procedures, and standards.
- 2–5 years in B2B marketing, communications, or sales enablement roles.
- Experience in oil & gas, industrial services, or heavy construction is a strong asset.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling content.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and presentation design; design tools are an asset.
- Experience managing social media for B2B audiences (LinkedIn experience preferred).
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
