Job Description

We are seeking a Managing Paralegal to lead a team of paralegals, oversee complex case files, and provide high-quality legal support to attorneys. Responsibilities include supervising staff, delegating tasks, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, maintaining case management systems, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and firm procedures. Qualifications: paralegal certificate or relevant degree, 5+ years of litigation experience, demonstrated leadership, strong legal research and writing skills, proficiency with case management software, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
