Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in implementing company strategy.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
- Coordinate operations and monitor staff performance.
- Supervise and motivate employees.
- Report issues to senior management.
- Address customer feedback.
- Assist with procurement and inventory.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements: 5+ years management experience, fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
Pay & Benefits: Starting from $4,00/month, free meals, employee discounts.
Location: Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley
