Job Description

COHO Management and Services Society is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of maintenance services for client co-ops. The ideal candidate will excel in administration and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage building maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate access with tenants and follow up with trade companies.
• Prepare tracking and client reports.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries.
