Job Description
We are seeking a Mailroom and Office Support Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate couriers, sort documents, and support general office tasks.
Responsibilities include processing mail and packages, maintaining records, operating postage equipment, assisting reception duties, and supporting filing and inventory.
Qualifications: high school diploma, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and basic computer literacy. Prior mailroom or administrative experience is preferred.
