Job Description
Bona Building & Management is eager to welcome a Live-In Superintendent to our vibrant team in central Ottawa. This role offers a non-smoking, 2-bedroom apartment as part of the package.
Responsibilities: Address tenant requests, manage on-call emergencies, maintain building grounds, assist with apartment turnovers, and ensure clear communication with the Rental Office.
Requirements: High school diploma, 3-5 years of experience, clear criminal record, and own steel toe shoes/boots. Bilingual communication is a plus.
Salary: $656.15 per week with benefits.
