Job Description
Join our team at Carya (formerly Calgary Family Services) as a Link Worker. This full-time, permanent position will be based onsite in Calgary, Alberta. The hourly salary for this role is CAD 27.00.
As a Link Worker, you will collaborate with the In Place Outreach Team to support participants in living independently and improving their social determinants of health. Under the guidance of the Supervisor, you will utilize best practices in social prescribing to connect participants with essential community resources, promoting their well-being and assisting them in safely aging in place.
