Job Description
Position Summary:
The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently.
- Respond to member queries and make food suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare espresso drink orders efficiently.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to lift over 20 lbs regularly.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days.
