Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant for our firm, Cabinet Me Hugues Langlais, avocats inc. This permanent position requires a workload of 37.5 hours per week. Candidates must be fluent in French and hold a college certificate or diploma from a program lasting between 3 months and less than 1 year, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.
