Job Description

Shelter Canadian Properties Limited is looking for a full-time Leasing Clerk for a residential multi-family apartment community in Calgary. Ideal candidates should have previous experience and knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of Alberta, although training will be provided for the right individual.

Your responsibilities will include showing available units, drafting lease agreements, assembling move-in packages, assisting tenants, and performing various clerical tasks. Attention to detail and a friendly, mature demeanor are essential.

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour plus commissions, with an expected 35 hours of work per week. Benefits include on-site parking.
