Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing training and employee development programs.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting in the design and delivery of educational materials. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and promote continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in training or human resources is preferred.
