Job Description
Country Roads Custom Coatings seeks a Lead Painter (hourly subcontractor), $25–$30/hr DOE. Requires 2–5 yrs residential/commercial painting, own tools, reliable transport, liability insurance, fluent English, legal to work in Canada, travel as needed, and pass criminal check. PPE: 6–8″ steel-toe boots, hi-vis, hard hat. Lead or work solo, interpret scopes, deliver residential-quality finishes on time. Airless spray and maintenance required; HVLP, staining, industrial painting, blueprint reading are assets. Preferred: MEWP & Fall Arrest, WHMIS, CSTS2020, First Aid. Full/part-time, in-person.
