Job Description

We seek a Lead Carpenter/Framer to lead framing crews, interpret blueprints, set layouts, and construct timber and light-gauge metal frames for residential and light commercial projects. Ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion.

Requirements: 5+ years framing experience, proficiency with power and hand tools, blueprint reading, crew supervision, strong measuring and layout skills, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Must demonstrate leadership, clear communication, problem-solving, and commitment to jobsite safety (OSHA). Competitive pay and steady projects; immediate start preferred.
